*Pre-Order Ticket Information:

Sri Lanka Railways opens seat reservations up to 30 days (1 month) before departure. For travel dates beyond this window, we offer Pre-Order Tickets so you can secure your plan in advance.

How does it work?

• You purchase a Pre-Order Ticket for your preferred date, train, and class.
• We queue your request and, once the official booking window opens (within 30 days of departure), our team will issue the ticket for you.
• When your ticket is issued, we will send your e-ticket / boarding document via email. You can use it to board without further confirmation.

Important Notes:

• Until issued by Sri Lanka Railways, your order remains in pre-order (pending) status.
• Seat/class preferences are subject to availability at the time of issuing. If your first choice is not available, we will contact you with alternatives.
• If we are unable to confirm your ticket during the official sales window, you will be notified promptly and offered a refund or alternative options (different train/time/class).
